Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders within major cities of Pakistan are processed within 4 to 5 business days.
  • For small towns and rural areas, delivery may take 5 to 8 days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume or backlog, shipments may experience a delay of a few days.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is free for all orders above PKR 10,000.
  • For all other orders, shipping charges are applied based on the weight of the parcel.
  • You may add as many items as you want in a single order and shipping charges will remain flat.
  • All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Self Pickup for Non Service Areas

We use Leopards Courier, which has certain non service areas where home delivery is not available. For such locations, the courier representative will contact you and arrange a nearby pickup point for order collection.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 12 hours.

International Shipping

Shipment Processing Time

  • All international orders are processed within 15 to 20 days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipments may experience slight delays during peak seasons or when there is a high volume of orders.
  • If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates

  • Multiple international shipping options are available.
  • Rates depend on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.
  • All international shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Customs and Duties

  • We strive to make international shipping smooth and transparent.
  • However, customs authorities in the destination country may hold the shipment for inspection.
  • In such cases, all customs duties, taxes, or additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Saddar Pansar and Oil Store will not be responsible for customs delays or extra charges.
  • If customs or the receiver refuses to accept the shipment, all return costs, customs duties, and related fees will be borne by the customer.
Damages (Breakage or Loss)
  • Saddar Pansar and Oil Store takes complete responsibility for any damage or loss during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support to file a claim.
  • You will be provided with a full refund or a free replacement.
  • Please share clear photographs of the damaged product when submitting a claim.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers cannot cancel their order once payment has been made. However, if the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Please contact our customer care immediately with your order number.

Return and Exchange Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide only fresh, pure, and high quality organic products. If you receive an incorrect, spoiled, or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement (subject to terms and conditions).

Return Duration

  • Honey, Dates, Dry Fruits, Murabba: 3 Days
  • Spices, Super Foods, Teas, Qahwas: 7 Days
  • All other items: 15 Days

Return Conditions

  1. The product must be unused.
  2. It must be returned with original packaging, labels, price tags, and invoice.
  3. The return parcel must be properly packed to avoid further damage.
  4. Mixed or altered products will not be accepted.
  5. For bulk items, please check the raw materials thoroughly before using and test a small batch first.
  6. Customized remedies prepared on special request are non refundable.
  7. Herbs and mixtures will only be accepted in their original, undamaged packaging.
  8. Only the unused portion will be eligible for a refund.

Items that do not meet these return conditions will not be accepted, refunded, or sent back to the customer.
