Domestic orders for major cities are processed within 4 to 5 business days. For small towns and rural areas, delivery may take 5 to 8 days.
Yes. All domestic orders above PKR 10,000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount are charged based on parcel weight.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking ID becomes active within 12 hours.
Yes. International orders are processed within 15 to 20 days. Various shipping options are available depending on destination and parcel weight.
All customs duties, taxes, and additional charges in the destination country must be paid by the customer. Saddar Pansar and Oil Store is not responsible for these charges.
Contact our customer support with clear photos of the damaged product. We will file your claim and offer a full refund or a free replacement.
Once payment is made, customers cannot cancel the order themselves. However, if the order has not yet been processed, you may contact customer care with your order number to request cancellation and a refund.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, labels, and invoice. The return parcel should be safely packed. Mixed, altered, or bulk used items are not eligible.
No. Customized remedies prepared specifically on request are non refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
