• 5 to 8 business days for small towns and remote areas.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During high order volume (seasonal sales or promotions), processing may take slightly longer. If any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Methods
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city, courier load, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
• Delivery location
• Weight and size of products
• Courier company rates
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

In case the package is returned to us due to a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

• Do not accept the package from the courier.

Any missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

We currently ship only within Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
